This workshop will include:
an introduction to to the Winter Solstice and its meaning
Yin and Restorative yoga
Gong and Tibetan bowl sound bath
Pranayama (breathing exercises)
introduction of the water element connected to emotions and related organs
Teacher: Tess John
Tess has been teaching yoga and Shakti dance since 2009. Inspired by the transformation that yoga made in her life since discovering yoga 20 years previous. She trained with British Wheel of Yoga and Sarah Avatar in Kundalini and Shakti dance.
Tessa has a gentle approach, her classes are friendly and fun, encouraging connection with yourself and spirit.
