Kat is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT200 and RYT500 Yoga teacher. She has undergone multiple Rocket Yoga trainings in London with Leon London, Maayan Shenhar, and David Kyle. She loves the rhythm, sequence, creativity, and philosophy of Rocket Yoga.
Rocket Yoga is a style developed by Larry Schultz in San Francisco during the 1980s. Schultz, a disciple of Sri Pattabi Jois, the founder of Ashtanga Yoga, blended traditional Ashtanga Yoga with creative Vinyasa flow. Rocket Yoga comprises three sequences based on Ashtanga Yoga. It is fun & challenging. It gets you there faster!
In this workshop, we will practice Rocket 2 together, working on strength and flexibility drills, breaking down tricky transitions, exploring arm balances, and challenging ourselves with forearm stands and handstands.
