Step into autumn with a nourishing and cosy Pilates class designed to help you move with
ease and feel grounded.

This 75-minute session will guide you through gentle mobility work, deep stretches, and
mindful Pilates exercises that strengthen and lengthen the body.

We’ll begin by centring ourselves and reconnecting with our Pilates foundations, then flow
into movements that mobilise, stretch, and engage the body with ease. The class will close
with a calming relaxation, leaving you restored and uplifted.

Think soft jumpers, snuggly socks, and moving in the glow of pumpkin spice and vanilla-
scented candles. Our specially curated Cosy Girl Autumn Playlist (inspired by Gilmore
Girls and Twilight vibes) will set the perfect backdrop for a seasonal escape that feels
grounding, comforting, and restorative.

This class is all about honouring autumn—inviting warmth, cosiness, and gentle strength into
both body and mind.

✨ To make the morning even sweeter, there’s an optional coffee & cake social afterwards at
one of the charming coffee shops in Little Chelsea—perfect for continuing the cosy vibes and
