As winter begins to loosen its grip and the first hints of early spring return, this workshop invites you to pause, soften, and gently reawaken your inner energy. This time of year holds a quiet promise—longer daylight, subtle warmth, and a sense that something within us is ready to be rekindled. Together, we’ll honour that shift with an evening of deep rest and nurturing reconnection.
We’ll begin with grounding practices to help you settle into your body before moving into a restorative yoga sequence designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and make space for new beginnings. Expect blankets, bolsters, soft light, and a sense of being held.
You’ll then be guided through a deeply restful Yoga Nidra—an effortless state between wakefulness and sleep—to support clarity, renewal, and the gentle ignition of your inner spark.
This workshop is perfect for anyone craving a slower pace, emotional reset, or a moment of breathing space as the seasons turn. No experience is needed—just bring yourself, your curiosity, and your willingness to soften.
