Yoga For Healthy Back and Flexible Hips
Saturday, 19th March, 11.30am – 1.15pm
During this yoga workshop you will learn how to use therapeutic alignment of the body to help your back become stronger, more flexible and reduce tension. We will be focusing on lower back, hips and pelvis. It doesn’t matter how flexible you are or where you are starting from, you will leave with the greater feeling of freedom and space.
You will be practicing postures, breathing exercises and meditation/relaxation at the end of the workshop.
