Beach Yoga is coming to Seaford!
Seaford has the most stunning sunsets and I would love to invite you to a very special sunset yoga class on Seaford Beach. We will meet at 7.00pm near the Splashpoint (by the beach huts) and settle down on the pebbles for a gentle evening practice. Suitable for all, beginners very welcome!
We have a special guest, a Seaford yoga teacher Therese Saunders coming with her Gong and she will treat us to a gong bath as the sun goes down.. how special!!
Please bring:
Yoga Mat, Blanket, extra jumper, drink.
Parking is free, and plenty of it.
Class price is by donation
