Proactively take care of your body, moving it in all the right ways, whilst feeling scrummily wrapped in your own cocoon. This is the one class everyone should do, from those who haven’t really being active for a while to advanced aerialists. It’s Pilates – in the air – with your body weight supported so you can concentrate on engaging all the right muscles at the right time and work yourself into a relaxed state.
