The start of a New Year signifies new intentions, new manifestations, new goals, making way for new beginnings. Yet before the New can enter, we transition from the Old, shedding what needs to release to create space.
We will open the practice with the vibration of our intentions setting the scene at the start before being immersed into a Crystal Alchemy Sound Journey. Sonal will weave a soundscape of harmonic vibrations with her Crystal Tones Alchemy Sound Bowls, specifically tuned into the frequency of music theory and Koshi Elemental Chimes. Be prepared for a fully immersive Sound experience that has a deep relaxing and highly restorative effect on your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
