Morning Meditation & Breathwork
Thursdays at 11am with Shannon Hall
Begin the new year with a fresh start by soothing your nervous system through breathwork and allowing your mind to experience deep rest with Yoga Nidra meditation. Each morning class is an invitation to reduce stress, nourish your wellbeing, and help you reconnect with a sense of inner calm.
Weekly sessions begin with 10 minutes of guided breathwork, followed by 45 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra meditation, with time at the end for discussion and connection.
Price: £10 per session

Shannon Hall is a certified meditation teacher and entrepreneur with extensive experience guiding meditation, teaching yoga, and leading sound healing sessions on retreats, in universities, and within workplaces, such as The Guardian. Her passion for mindfulness and inner growth led her to travel solo to spiritual places around the world, including Bali, New Zealand and Nepal, where she deepened her practice and trained with world-class teachers.
Now based in Eastbourne, Shannon teaches both in-person and online, supporting individuals to reduce stress, develop emotional resilience and reconnect with inner calm. Her approach is inclusive, rooted in science, and guided by the belief that meditation can change people’s lives for the better.
