Enjoy a mindful and calming evening yoga practice where we will practice gentle yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation to promote a sense of wellbeing and peace. There will be a blissful Savasana at the end of the class accompanied by healing sounds of the Tibetan and crystal bowls.
A class designed to soothe our nervous system, release built up tension from our body and calm our busy mind.
