During the Season of Summer we transition into the Fire Element ‘the doing’ . Our energy changes we experience more light and this adds to us trying to balance out our energy. The perfect compliment to this is a Yin Yoga practice based on the element of Fire which relates to the Heart Meridian and Small Intestines. When we work on these two meridian lines we draw in Joy but we work on the hurt and heartbreak we may have suffered. The meridian lines during the practice concentrate on the Arms, neck and Chest area’s. Think about the ironing out tension in your neck and shoulders. This is an informative workshop on the practice of yin with soothing sounds, gentle language to guide all in a very lovely cosy studio . You will leave feeling nourished and cared for .
