When you are new to yoga it can be hard to know where to start. Don’t worry, Natalie will take it step by step and take time to listen to what’s right for your body.
This class is not only a great way to stretch and strengthen your body but also a perfect relaxation for the mind, body and soul.
Natalie is a 300hr Yoga Alliance qualified teacher and wants to pass this gift of yoga to others. She did her training with the Yoga Life Teacher Training school. Natalie has found her yoga training to have been a truly inspiring journey. This is a journey she wishes to share with others.
