Exploring ourselves and yoga philosophy together, creating space in the body and mind for emotional healing and spiritual growth. We focus more on how our body feels rather than how it looks, in a safe, soothing and supportive environment, no experience necessary.
Gentle movement, relaxation, meditation, breathing practice and therapeutic grade essential oils to compliment the theme of the class and to aid with relaxation and to bring your awareness into the present moment.
The aim is to come back into the present moment and back into your body; we spend so much time rushing around on autopilot doing what we feel “we should” . In our Aroma Yoga class we find the freedom to be who we truly are and we release expectations or judgements from “others”; we slow down to soothe our emotions and our nervous system and to listen to our hearts desire. We explore our limitless potential and cultivate self confidence, we have fun and make friends and leave the class feeling happy, relaxed and a little more ourselves.
Short biography of teacher
A teacher and life long student of yoga, I’m having lots of fun, making new friends and learning lots about myself and yoga.
I found my true love for yoga while training to be a teacher when I discovered how healing yoga really is. I learned how to trust myself, love myself and how to surrender to the magic of my journey on the path of life.
I love to create classes that can facilitate that for you too.
I encourage my students to live from the heart and not take themselves and life too seriously.
