Dear All,

As restrictions begin to lift in England we are preparing to offer a combination of online and in person places for our classes!

This means that from Wednesday 29th July you can choose whether to continue taking classes online via zoom or to book a class in person at our studio in Eastbourne. We recommend booking a block of classes but of course one at a time is ok too.


Only handful of classes will restart in August, with the full timetable hopefully up and running in September.

There will be a few small changes to the timetable (please see our adjusted timetable) to allow for social distancing and cleaning between classes.

We have been working hard to create a safe space for those who choose to attend the studio.

– All classes need to be pre-booked and pre-paid in advance via our website or directly with the teacher.  The maximum number of students in 6.

– We will ask you to arrive 5 minutes before class and wait in in the courtyard.  This will enable your teacher to get the room ready for you.  Your teacher will come and get you when ready.
– Your temperature will be taken as you enter the studio

– We will need to record your name, contact number and temperature upon arriving
– You will see floor markings to allow for social distancing as you move from our entrance into the main studio space
– Hand sanitizing units have been fitted outside and inside of the studio
– In-person places are limited to 6 students per class to allow for 2 meters between mats
– No studio equipment is to be used so please bring your own mat.  Blanket, cushion, block and strap optional.  If you would like to hire a yoga mat please speak to Eva (07780 535134 or info@yoga-life.co.uk). The hire charge is £5 per month and you take the mat home.

– There will be adequate ventilation before, during and after the class
– If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with a covid-19 case we ask you not to attend the studio (you are welcome to join us online instead)
– There will not be any hands on adjustments or assists given to students in class
