After a few weeks in the UK enjoying the holiday season with family and friends, the adventurous Yogi in me is now getting excited about the year ahead and all the wonderful Yoga Retreats and Hollidays we have on offer.
As many of you know I have collaborated with Adventureyogi and we had an amazing start to the New Year where we were rated 1 of the TOP 20 Yoga Retreats in the World by the Sunday Times. This was a wonderful moment for Adventureyogi and myself as we work with passion and love for what we do as the main ingredients creating a unique Yoga experience when you travel with us.
Our first Yoga Holiday with Adventureyogi this year is to the stunning Island of Sri Lanka. If the cold winters and shorter nights are too much to bear, break it up and enjoy a winter sun yoga holiday by the ocean in this beautiful location. We are really excited about spending 10 days and 9 nights here.
Another amazing destination in 2016 is our very special Egypt Holiday where you will be staying in Bedouin tents at the edge of the Red Sea with the desert as a back drop. You will be falling asleep under a blanket of stars and waking up to the most stunning sun rises where you will then head to the Yoga Mat for morning Yoga. The day will be for you to relax and enjoy whether that may be catching those sun rays, reading your book or snorkelling, swimming with Dolphins or just resting in the shade watching the waves lapping at the sea shore…before heading back to the Yoga Mat for afternoon practice.
You will be having every taste bud activated with delicious food enjoying evenings in front of the fire star watching before you tuck yourself in for the night with a guaranteed smile in your heart…..
