Deeply relaxing and revitalising, Qigong, derived from the Chinese “qi” and “gong” means working with the life force to develop our vitality, strength, and wellbeing. In this introductory session we shall be exploring the nature of Qigong through the power of the breath, connecting with our own energy, through gentle, flowing movements and stillness, as well as more dynamic, releasing practices to create new awarenesses in our body, mind and spirit.
