Transform Your Mind – FREE Taster Class
Shashtee of Here Now Mindfulness is delighted to bring to the Yoga Life Studio an in-person 6 week Mindfulness Course, culminating in the The Gift mini retreat.
Having trained with the Mindfulness Now College UK in early 2024, Shashtee chose to qualify as a teacher, so that she can share the profound benefits she has gained from mindfulness and meditation over the past 25 years.
This 6 week course will utilise some of the curriculum from the Mindfulness Now 8 week course, and be interwoven with techniques, meditations and practices Shashtee has found beneficial both individually and with those she has worked with.
If you are curious about the benefits of mindfulness; want to feel more peaceful in your life; have anxiety or overthink everything, or perhaps you would like to reconnect with your mindfulness and meditation practice – this course is ideal for you. It will offer simple and profound practices that you can easily implement into your day and you will have the support needed to sustain an ongoing practice. We will discover about how our brain and mind work, so those days of self-sabotaging and negative self-talk can be a thing of our past. We will learn about the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness; how to implement practices into our day; invite self enquiry and much, much more.
This course is for those who are committed to adopting a mindful attitude to life and who will undertake the home practices each week of the course and beyond.
Anyone who is interested is welcome to come along to the FREE TASTER – we can accommodate 15 people – where you can discover what is offered to you and ask any questions. The course which begins on Saturday 21st February – 28th March (1500 – 1600 hrs) has 8 places available.
