Wear comfortable clothes and bring anything that helps you feel cosy. All levels welcome – no experience needed.
About Emily:
I’m a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator with a long background in holding and guiding groups across creative, coaching, and mentoring spaces. I came to Yoga Nidra during a period of unrecognised burnout and experienced its impact firsthand — particularly in supporting deep rest, improved sleep, clarity, and nervous-system regulation.
My teaching offers a steady, welcoming space that invites gentleness toward self and others, while supporting focus, creativity ,nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. I continue to deepen my studies alongside my teaching and am passionate about making profound rest accessible in everyday life.
