A class for anyone who identifies as a mother. This is not a mum and baby class but a Hatha flow style yoga class designed specifically for the needs of a postnatal body (however far down the line) as well as the mental and emotional load of a mother.. because our bodies and minds are just different once we are a mother! So when you feel ready to leave bub for an hour, come for some time just for you, focus will be on reconditioning (pelvic floor/ core) strengthening, good old fashioned stretches and of course relaxation too..
it doesn’t matter if you are a new mum or not, all mums are welcome!*
*at least 6 weeks post natal for uncomplicated vaginal delivery, at least 12 weeks for births with complications or caesarean section.
