This is a ceremony to awaken your energy, open your voice, and move your body — an invitation to sing, dance, celebrate, and reconnect more deeply with yourself and the joy of being alive.
Join Sophie and Tom for an uplifting 2-hour cacao ceremony infused with music, movement, and joy.
We begin by sharing beautiful single-origin cacao, lovingly prepared and offered as a supportive, heart-opening medicine. Sophie brings a long-standing, personal relationship with cacao, using it as a way to slow down, arrive fully, and create a grounded, welcoming space. The ceremony opens with gentle guided meditation, ritual and intention setting.
As the cacao begins to move through us, we follow its rising energy into music and song. Tom shares music shaped by years of dedication to his craft, including songs and rhythms learned directly from the Yawanawá and Huni Kuin peoples of the Amazon, held and shared with respect for their cultural and spiritual roots, alongside music from other traditions around the world.
