Please come to this nourishing extended class, where you will enjoy the stillness and peace of the Restorative Yoga practice with Eva Kristlova and the healing power of the Crystal Bowls Sound Bath with Belinda Chavasse.
A sacred pause for you to slow down and reconnect with yourself, stepping away from the business of the festivities and entering a peaceful sanctuary of the Yoga Life studio.
45 minutes Restorative Yoga with Eva, using bolsters, blankets and pillow to relax and replenish the spent energy.
45 minutes of Sound Bath with Belinda to soothe and nourish your nervous system
This extended class will support deep relaxation and stress reduction; balance the hemispheres of the brain; clear negative energy, emotions and blockages; soothe and harmonise your feelings; improve sleep; stimulate circulation, the immune system, and the organs of the body; and brings about an increase in vitality, creativity, intuition, motivation – helping us make positive changes for our whole being.
