Connect and flow – Nurturing Vinyasa Flow Yoga for all

I’d love you to join my Sunday evening nurturing Vinyasa Flow style Yoga class, where I’ll invite you to reflect and connect. Following a gentle warm up, we’ll build heat to release tension and toxins, whilst strengthening and toning our muscles. We will work with our breath to help us connect with our bodies and minds, gradually building on our flow, giving modifications to make it accessible for all.

As we flow through the sequences, we will encourage a sense of mindfulness. We will explore various postures, transitions, and modifications. Importantly this class is for everyone, you don’t need to be bendy, or have done yoga for years. I will always aim to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported in their practice.

Towards the end we will enjoy a relaxing guided meditation, providing an opportunity to release physical and mental tension, promote deep relaxation, and restore balance to the body and mind. Leaving feeling refreshed, centred, and ready for a restful night’s sleep.

Whether you are seeking physical strength, mental clarity, or simply a space to unwind and recharge, this class offers a safe and welcoming environment for all. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you on the mat on Sunday evening!

About the teacher: 

Hi, I’m Gemma. I’m passionate about yoga and have been practising for most of my adult life. It’s amazing how even a short yoga session can transform the way I think and feel.

I am a veterinary surgeon, but feel incredibly fortunate to be taking a career break to focus on raising my young children while indulging in my passions for yoga and creative writing.

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training in 2021-2022 which focused on Vinyasa flow. I love learning and am currently studying towards an MA in creative writing. Plus, continually expanding my knowledge in various aspects of yoga and mindfulness.

My yoga classes are open to everyone, regardless of your level of experience. I would love you to join me on Sunday evening from 6.30-7.45pm to ‘Connect and Flow’.

£10 per class or

£50 for 6 classes to use within 3 months.
