Breathwork & Meditation Weekly Classes – Start 2025 with Intention!
Begin the new year with a fresh start by learning how to shift your state through breathwork techniques, become more present, and unwind your mind with Yoga Nidra Meditation. Each session  includes 10 minutes of calming breathwork, followed by 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra Meditation, with time for discussion and connection at the end.
