Winter’s Embrace – Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Brought to you by Eva & Ladushka
16th January 2027, 4-6pm
As the new year begins, give yourself permission to slow down, soften and simply be.
Join us for a cosy, nurturing experience of gentle restorative yoga and soothing sounds, designed to help you unwind, release tension and settle into deep rest.
A little sanctuary from the winter chill, where there is nothing to achieve and nowhere else you need to be.
Come as you are, get comfy and let yourself be held in stillness. Snuggle up under a blanket and enjoy 2 hours of nurturing and self care.
A warming cup of tea and an energy ball will gently wake you up again at the end of our session.
