Do you ever rush through your week without really processing what’s happened or taking the time to reflect?
Do you jump into Monday feeling stressed out, confused and unprepared?
This session will allow you time to reflect on the week that’s just been and set yourself goals for the week ahead. By doing so, you are gifting yourself a moment of presence to calm the mind and body and move into your new week with grace and ease.
Throughout this 90 minute class you can expect:
- Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork)
- Mindful Movement (Asana)
- A sweet treat to finish
This class is suitable for all abilities. Each week you will learn different techniques/styles of yoga, breath work and meditation, that you can bring into your everyday life, to help you throughout times of stress.
