This is a powerful, invigorating, energetic form of yoga where we will flow from pose to pose with the breath & finish with 10 minutes of stillness to settle the mind back down. Power vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, cardio, and mental stamina all in 60 minutes! This class is perfect for intermediate to advanced yogis or for beginners who like a challenge!
