This is a free workshop as I want to support as many people as possible to gain the confidence and belief in themselves that they need to make the changes to enable them to live their lives to their true potential.
I am a Transformation and Empowerment Coach and have been helping people improve and change their lives for the past six years. I am also a Reiki Master and a Master Energy in Motion Practitioner. I coach holistically, intuitively and use energy in my programmes.
My journey began nine years ago when Reiki ‘found’ me and I have continued to build on my development since then.
I live in Eastbourne and have recently changed from a job that I was in for nearly 28 years to concentrate on delivering my own business full-time.
