Join us for the best start to the weekend! Beach Yoga will be taking place (this week only) by the Luna Hut Sauna near the Lifeguards on Eastbourne beach.
Meeting point is the Beach Shack Cafe at 9.30am, then we will walk to the beach together.
Please bring your mat, water and warm clothes!
