A slow, gentle but powerful movement-focused yoga class with the emphasis on the breath, core strength and the fluidity of the spine.
It is so important to me that you understand what you are doing so I give plenty of verbal instructions and do lots of demonstrating.
My teaching emphasises awareness of the sensory process in tandem with kindness and acceptance of where we are in our physical selves.
