Fridays 11.30am – 12.30pm Back Care Pilates
A gentle Physiotherapy led Clinical Pilates class with Teacher Mary Thornton. This class aims at maintaining spinal health and managing symptoms post treatment. The class focuses on releasing tension in the body with breathwork and relaxation combined with gentle functional movement patterns to help maintain range of movement and stability.
