Energising Vinyasa Flow- £7 drop in
This Vinyasa Flow class will focus on synching breath with movement and flowing through Hatha and Ashtanga postures with ease. The class will start with meditation and finish with a short relaxation, to clear your mind and bring you back to the present moment. Although this class is fast paced, it is suitable for all abilities- advanced or beginners & anything in between.

Hi, my name is Connie. I completed my Yoga Alliance 200hr teacher training in Ashtanga and Hatha. I became qualified in the heart of India, where I learnt the importance of bringing the yogic lifestyle into my every day life and finding the connection between movement and breath. On my return to England, I am looking to hold a safe, peaceful space for fellow yogis to unwind & focus in my flow classes at Yoga Life Studio. My classes not only include yoga asanas but I will also be teaching meditation and pranayama. Find me here on Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm and Sundays 7:30-8:30pm where I can share my knowledge with you all and help you to deepen your practice.
