Each contains an illustrated guide to a suggested gentle routine, a link to a corresponding video as well as a meditation candle, lavender eye pillow, herbal teas, incense and a crystal. The boxes are £15 each, or £20 to include a Friday morning 10:00am class voucher (the class is available via Zoom as well as in person at the Studio)
