Yoga Workshop with professional yoga teacher from Eastbourne Olga Oakenfold. Olga approaches yoga with deep understanding of biomechanics of the body and movement therapy, in order to prevent or even reverse injury.
We will be practising basic yoga postures with different modifications to suit different types of bodies. We will learn the most popular “Sun Salutation” sequence and do Breathing Exercises.
Relaxation and Meditation at the end of the session will help you to calm the mind.
