Full Body YinYang practice!

Full Body YinYang practice is half Power Yoga flow and half deep Yin stretches. It energizes your energies also de-stress you physically and emotionally. You will leave the studio with a refreshing mood. Looking forward to seeing you at the studio soon.

Yoga mat, 1 pillow, blocks (if any) and water.

6 mats only as we will keep 2m distance.
