WOW what an amazing year I have had traveling the world sharing Yoga. I am profoundly grateful for my experiences  meeting beautiful people on and off the mat, learning and unfolding together through living Yoga.

Our Yoga Retreat’s and Holliday’s have been life changing; opening mind and hearts allowing us in living more fully  and joyfully, food for body and heart.

I am super exited that 2016 will also be filled with many opportunities to join me in Yoga Adventures in the UK and World Wide.

In collaboration with Adventureyogi my first Yoga Holliday in 2016 is to one of our most popular destinations. A 10 day Winter Luxury Yoga Escape to the very unspoiled Island of Sri Lanka.

Our Sri Lanka Beach Yogi break is an opportunity to explore more of what Yoga has to offer with added experiences from Jungle to Sea…the activities on offer is endless and you will for sure have an experience of a life time.

So if the cold winters and shorter nights are too much to bear, break it up and enjoy a winter sun yoga holiday by the ocean in beautiful Sri Lanka. We are really excited about spending 10 days and 9 nights on this beautiful Island.

The location is on the south west coast of Sri Lanka, an idyllic destination with stunning beaches, surf, diving and endless adventures. Staying close to the beach of Bentota, a long and wide sandy beach with rolling waves lapping the shore and palm trees framing the beach, relax in the sun and enjoy a swim or if you feel like a lazy day, stay by the infinity pool in the pavilion gardens of our accommodation. Enjoy 2 yoga classes a day, bicycles to get around, excursions to the surrounding area or just chill and take in the beauty of your surroundings.
