Calming and soothing restorative early evening, where you will be taken through relaxed, nurturing practice. We invite you to give back to your body through gentle stretches, deep breathing, yoga nidra (yogic sleep), so you can create a feelling of peace.
The soothing and well supported poses offer you the opportunity to linger quietly for a few moments and savor the simple sweetness of life.
The class will leave you nourished and well rested, you will be supported by bolsters, blankets, blocks and held for several minutes at time.
Restorative poses help relieve the effects of stress, sooth and stimulate the organs, reduce blood pressure and increase flexibility of the spine.
Yoga Nidra is a transformative, healing practice. Meaing a ‘yogic sleep’ it relaxes the body, quietens the mind. Half an hour of Yoga Nidra is as good as 2 hours sleep.
Finished off by the healing sounds of a crystal bowl!
