Let me support you on your journey to living a more conscious, authentic and open-hearted life. Sian began her Kundalini Yoga journey in 2017 after stumbling across a class in London. It transformed her life in so many positive ways, it gave her the strength to change the painful parts of her life that held her back and step into her authenticity. She felt the call to become a teacher of this powerful practice and has been teaching regular classes and workshops since July 2018. Siân is excited to be joining the team at Yoga Life Studio and will be teaching a regular Monday evening class from February and regular weekend workshops with specific topics and focuses.
