Pregnancy is a strange and beautiful time. Our prenatal yoga class is here to support you through it. While you get to grow an entire baby in your belly a lot of discomforts appear in the body. Prenatal yoga can help ease the various discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, back pain, heartburn, varicose veins, and more.
It’s also a lovely way to connect with your growing child (and belly!), prepare yourself for labour, and meet other expecting mamas.
