Nothing is expected of you, just come and lie down and let yourself be guided into a deep sense of relaxation. Practicing just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (meaning Yogic Sleep) is said to make you feel like you have slept for at least 2 to 4 hours.
After this replenishing and restful practice, we will come together to chat, meet new friends, laugh and eat delicious cake!
There is no physical movement involved in this class but please bring comfortable clothes and a bottle of water.

This quote sums up my philosophy. My yoga journey began at Yoga Life Studio and I have been practicing yoga here for the last five years. I strongly believe yoga is for everyone and everyBODY.
Everybody is welcome to this class no matter how old, young or new to yoga you are and you will be greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel at home. There is no physical exertion involved so any worries about flexibility can be left at the door.
I am currently undertaking 200 hours Yoga Alliance training and have been covering many classes and Yoga Nidra classes at Yoga Life Studio. I have practiced yoga across the globe from Thailand to Oman and am frequently seen with my roll up mat heading for the nearest studio.
