This is a gentle, calming, stress relieving hatha yoga class to stretch and strengthen body gradually.  Focusing on building awareness of the body, mind and spirit.  Asanas are practised at a slower pace with focus on correct alignment.

Recommended for all levels, looking for a relaxing, soothing and restorative practice, especially for those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
