Womb Yoga Class-Well Women Yoga Therapy for Womens Health and Vitality.
Class for all levels Beginners Welcome.
My classes will include mantra, mudra (hand gestures) with fluid dynamic postures. Gentle and soft but strong practices to connect us deeply to ourselves helping to balance our pelvis and lengthen our spines including deep relaxation or yoga nidra. Creating space in our bodies with respect to the natural cycles within us and that surround us these classes support women in all stages of life to help build feminine energy addressing menstrual cycles, pelvic floor, post natal recovery,prolapse and much more. Please bring a blanket if you would like your own and your favourite warm socks!
