This Warming Hatha flow class is perfect for anyone wanting to explore and find a true sense of equilibrium and empowerment within their mind, body and soul.

Having both a healthy mind and body are deeply connected and through this class I shall help guide you to find this place of balance, harmony and overall wellness. 

We shall practice Meditation and Pranayama (breathwork) as well as a comforting Monday evening style flow.  

Whether you are completely new to yoga or a practising yogi, this class is here for all!

Hi I’m Olivia (also known as Olive) 🙂 

I started my Yoga journey nearly 5 years ago in 2013 when I was studying to become a Nutritional Therapist. I was led down this path after struggling for years with my own personal health problems. Through certain dietary and lifestyle changes I was able to get my overall health back to a balanced place. I am now a Qualified Registered Nutritional Therapist from The College of Naturopathic Medicine.  

After realising how much I used yoga as a support through life I decided to explore this beautiful practice even further and in 2017 I qualified as a 200hr registered Hatha/Vinyasa flow Yoga Teacher.  

My ethos on life is to support, empower and ultimately inspire one another to live the best life we can. Teaching one on one work has taught me how to help one feel safe and grounded in what can sometimes be a vulnerable experience.

The purity and strength I find through teaching and practicing yoga truly inspires me and it is something I try to pass on in each of my classes.  

Ultimately, I love practicing and teaching others to find that wonderful connection through the seamless powerful movement of yoga!
