This four week course provides a wonderful opportunity to study, explore and learn Shibashe 1, a gentle, beautiful and flowing qigong form that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing.
Qigong, meaning cultivating energy, enabling positive good health, greater flexibility, ease of movement and healing. The practice of Tai chi Qigong involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow, stylized repetition of fluid movements with a calm mind.
Tai Chi Shibashe 1 is one of the most popular styles of qigong around the world as it is effective and easy to learn. Many practitioners start to feel qi and experience health improvements after practicing for just a few weeks.
Starting weekly on Thursday, 10th until 31st January at the Yoga Life Studio in South Street. This Tai’Chi Qigong Class is a 4 week course open to all, no experience necessary.
Time: 11.15am – 12.15pm. Booking is essential as places limited.
