Shakti yoga blends Kundalini Yoga, dance or free movement with traditional yoga poses. Shakti yoga is like free-form gentle slow style of vinyasa yoga.

The benefits of shakti yoga, like other forms of yoga, extend to your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

During Shakti yoga you work with your inner energy and power while doing various poses, free movement, kundalini mantras, deep breathing exercises.

About Tess:

I have been practising yoga for many years. At age of 10 I was intrigued and started to practise from a book I was gifted.  My yoga studies began in 2008 with the British Wheel of Yoga. I have continued to develop and deepen my practice with a variety of courses in Kundalini, Women’s Yoga and Shakti Dance.

All my classes are fun, friendly and yet extremely empowering to enable students to dive deeper, unblock and release old energy to revive and support realisation of their true potential.
