In modern times, such a lot of our life is spent focusing on the external, being buffeted by what is going on outside of ourselves. This workshop is an insight into slowing things down, taking your focus internally, learning techniques to practise mindfulness, being in the moment I.e Present moment awareness.

Using postures, breath, mantra and meditation in specific ways, will leave you feeling calmer, more grounded, more present, and definitely renewed.
