Pregnancy Yoga Course for Expectant Mums.💗
Starting : Sunday March 4th. 9.30-11.00am.
Gentle yoga class for all expectant mums from 2nd Trimester. Pregnancy Asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques)for a calm and relaxing pregnancy as you adapt to your changing body and connect to baby. Information on pregnancy diet and postnatal care will also be covered in the six week course.
Do not worry if you have not practiced yoga before, this course will be gentle for you and your baby.
Please book your place. Limited to 10 places.
The course is £60 (£10 per session), payable on week one.

This will be a lovely opportunity to meet other expectant mothers . After class, you may wish to have a refreshment at Bellas cafe (downstairs at the enterprise centre) she has a private space for you to sit and connect. Bella has kindly offered to treat all mumma’s from the group with one of her yummy cupcakes with each drink purchased.
