You will be practicing strengthening postures, flowing sequences and therapeutic alignment based on Anusara Yoga principles of alignment. Class designed to improve the posture; bring extra strength, flexibility and awareness of the body. Relaxation and Meditation help you to calm the mind. Class is suitable for beginners.
Short biography of teacher
I have been practising yoga and meditation since 1994 with a range of influences on my teaching style including Classical Hatha, Iyengar and Anusara Yoga. I have been practicing yoga with Michael Trower for a few years and he inspired me to become a yoga teacher and body massage therapist. I am qualified with The British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and have been teaching yoga since 2002. In 2005 I have met John Friend in his workshop in London. Since then Anusara Yoga has opened a new passion for practice. I believe in living life to the fullest, being true to yourself and being responsible for your own health and well-being. I enjoy teaching and sharing my experience through the journey of yoga as an inward search of finding the very best within us – our true nature.
