Flexibility Flow Yoga

This full-body flow is designed to increase mobility and deepen flexibility. Each 60-minute sequence combines dynamic stretching and static holds. With breathing, you will be able to explore your limits and connect with your body. This class is for everyone. Mindful, slow but strong practice will help you to release tension and relax. The session ends with a Savasana to bring you back to your centre.

Katherine Salter grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and began practising Yoga in the family-run Nature Centre that her father built in the mountains. She completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2014 and has been practising/teaching for more than 10 years. She teaches Power Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Beginner Yoga and Private Sessions in Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne.
Katherine’s teaching focuses on body alignments, breathing, and body awareness. She enjoys helping people to develop body strength and flexibility through different types of Yoga practices. The classes are always fun, challenging and leave you with a balanced body and heart. She provides suitable modifications for different levels of Yogis. She deeply believes that Yoga is for everyone.
