Birth preparation workshop
Learn Birth Skills and Bond as a Couple!
If you don’t have a partner, you may bring a birth support person, friend or relative. Suitable for all pregnant women, ideally during the second half of your pregnancy.
Sunday 12th January 3pm-4:30pm
At the Yoga life Studio
During the Workshop you will:
* Learn natural birth skills, including breathing techniques and active movements for birth
* Practice ways your partner can support you during your pregnancy and labour
* Bond with your partner through some fun partner yoga (laughs are guaranteed!)
* Bond with your baby bump
* Relax deeply and enjoy some simple, guided meditations
Suitable for beginners even if you’ve never stepped foot in a yoga mat before!
