This is slow and mindful flow to get you ready for the upcoming week. Whatever your age, body shape and experience- you will leave the class stronger, with less tension and a smile. No experience is needed. We will focus on breath and movement connection, allowing the mind to rest and re-set for an hour. At the same time your body will become steadily more flexible and stronger. I will help you to learn how to take your yoga practice to your daily life, so traveling and multitasking will become less stressful. Traffic, school rounds, daily chores will be a little easier. Aches and pain may lessen or disappear.
I have been practising yoga for over 7 years and teaching since 2014, when I completed 200-hrs yoga teacher training course with Yogacampus in London. Since then, I have trained with wonderful teachers such as Tias Little, Doug Keller, Judith Lasater to name a few. I am passionate about bringing yoga practice to those who would normally have never thought of joining a yoga studio. I have no dance and gymnastic background so completely understand those who feel stiff and rigid in their bodies. My main aim is to make yoga practice safe and enjoyable to all, regardless of their body shapes and flexibility. My biggest reward is to see yogis smiling and more at ease, just the way they are. Saying that, I make sure that they steadily develop their practice, on and off the mat.
